During my tenure as CTO at Pixelgenau GmbH, a prominent digital agency based in Frankfurt, I played a pivotal role in shaping its technical and organizational strategies from 2012 to 2013. Beyond overseeing technical management, I took an active role in training and mentoring the team, fostering professional growth and unlocking their potential.

Store Communication
A Milestone in Management and Innovation
In 1999, I embarked on my first management journey by creating and managing the Romanian branch of Store Communication, an Austrian company based in Graz. Leading the branch until 2001, I was at the helm of delivering diverse web application projects, from simple solutions to highly complex platforms.
Among the standout achievements during this period was Cat-Street, an innovative auction platform designed for Hong Kong and Asia. The platform’s success reached international recognition, even earning a feature on CNN, a testament to its impact and technological sophistication.
This formative experience laid the foundation for my entrepreneurial and managerial endeavors, shaping my approach to innovation and leadership.
